11. Filling in Data for Customs Clearance and Delivery to Poland

Before your vehicle arrives at the port of Rotterdam, you will receive a form from us to complete. This document requires you to provide information needed for customs clearance and subsequent delivery of the vehicle to Poland.

The form includes the following details:

  • delivery address,
  • contact details for communication if necessary.
