If the car being traded is unsafe or if you need to clarify details, our manager will contact you by email or phone.
During the auction, there may be a situation where your bid is the highest, but the seller doesn’t immediately accept it and proposes a counter offer (Counter bid). In this case, the manager will reach out again to confirm whether you agree to the seller’s new price.
