If the car being traded is unsafe or if you need to clarify details, our manager will contact you by email or phone.

During the auction, there may be a situation where your bid is the highest, but the seller doesn’t immediately accept it and proposes a counter offer (Counter bid). In this case, the manager will reach out again to confirm whether you agree to the seller’s new price.

All further communication with the manager can continue in your preferred format: via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. All key steps and agreements will be confirmed to ensure you don’t miss anything.
