12. Photos of the Vehicle upon Arrival at the Port of Rotterdam

After your vehicle is delivered to the port of Rotterdam, we will arrange a photo session. You will receive up-to-date photos taken on European soil — immediately after unloading from the container.

The photos are provided for your peace of mind and as documentary evidence of the vehicle’s condition before final delivery to Poland. This is especially important because in case of damage during sea transport, we can claim compensation.

The photos will be sent to you by email or through your chosen communication channel.
