5. Place a Bid
Wait until your deposit is credited to your account. Once it’s processed, you will gain access to bidding. The maximum bid amount is calculated using the formula:
maximum bid = deposit × 10
For example, with a $600 deposit, you can place bids up to $6,000 on one or multiple lots simultaneously.
Before placing a bid, review all available information on the lot page: photos, VIN number, and vehicle history report. You will also find a built-in calculator that shows the estimated “all-in” cost of the car — including shipping and processing, but excluding repairs.
We recommend using the calculator before each bid — it helps avoid unexpected costs after purchase.
