7. Invoice for the car, transport to the port of destination, and DreamBid services | PAYMENT

If your bid wins — congratulations! The rest is just formalities, and we will handle them for you.

Expect an invoice after the auction ends. We’ll send you the payment details for a standard bank transfer in U.S. dollars (USD). Along with the invoice, you will receive a step-by-step instruction guide with the exact amount, deadline, and explanation of each step. You will have up to 3 business days to complete the payment. Please adhere strictly to this deadline — delays may result in additional auction penalties or loss of your deposit.

For your convenience, we deduct the payment for our services — the DreamBid commission — from your deposit to reduce the number of transactions. The commission is PLN 1,999 net (without VAT) or PLN 2,460 gross and does not depend on the value of the vehicle you are bidding on. We issue both a VAT invoice and a fiscal receipt.

Next, we’ll take care of everything: vehicle purchase, documentation, shipping, and logistics. You’ll stay informed at every step — your manager will remain in contact via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

Final delivery will be made to the address you provided in Poland. All you need to do is follow the instructions and make timely payments.

Late payment may result in deposit loss and auction platform penalties.
